Microdrift Nostalgia Processor (VST3/LV2)

Microdrift Nostalgia Processor combines the wow and flutter of VHS audio with a crunchy bitcrusher effect reminiscent of early digital 90s samplers. The intensity for both effects can be dialed in individually. 

• Add a touch of wistful nostalgia and movement to your synth pads, strings, and full mixes
• Enable hysteresis to add a magnetic lag that softens transients, fattens body, and gives your mix that special "glue"
• Switch the signal routing between analog and digital for more variety
• Choose between stereo and phase-corrected pseudomono operation
• Use autocycle to apply a smooth automatic sine-wave cycling of the analog section's intensity setting

Microdrift contains an implementation of Cotorro Hysterizing Technology (CHT) used previously in our Hysterizer plugins. The plugin also features a high quality 4x oversampling algorithm. 

This plugin has been verified by Pluginval at strictness level 10.

Installation

Unzip and copy Microdrift.vst3 into your audio plugin folder. 

This is usually C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

Or for LV2 (for Microdrift.lv2), this is usually C:\Program Files\Common Files\LV2
